School Health MFA Enrollment

Set Up Microsoft Authenticator

Use the School Health account supplied by Access Health. The sign-in and Authenticator registration happen on Microsoft pages, not on this site.

Temporary Access Pass: Use a TAP only if Access Health IT gives you one during enrollment. This page will never ask you to type a TAP or approval code.
  1. 1

    Install Authenticator

Install Microsoft Authenticator on the phone you will use to approve School Health sign-ins.

  2. 2

    Open Security Info

Sign in with your School Health account and add Microsoft Authenticator as the sign-in method.

  3. 3

    Use TAP Only If Supplied

If Microsoft asks for a Temporary Access Pass, use the one Access Health IT gives you during the live enrollment handoff.

  4. 4

    Finish And Notify IT

After Authenticator is added, tell Access Health IT the setup is complete so readiness can be verified before RDP testing.

Before You Start

  • Use the correct School Health username.
  • Keep your phone nearby and unlocked.
  • Stay on the Microsoft security info page until Authenticator shows as added.

Stop And Contact IT

  • You do not have a TAP and Microsoft asks for one.
  • The TAP is expired or rejected.
  • Authenticator is already registered to the wrong phone.

After Access Health IT verifies enrollment, proceed with the School Health RDP test path.
