Remote Access Help

  1. Sign in with the School Health account provided by Access Health.
  2. Register Microsoft Authenticator when prompted.
  3. Open CGM eMDs through the Access Health launcher.
  1. New phone: contact Access Health IT before removing the old Authenticator method.
  2. Lost phone: contact Access Health IT so the old method can be replaced.
  3. Temporary Access Pass expired: ask Access Health IT for a new TAP.
  4. Authenticator registered but RDP still fails: tell Access Health IT that MFA setup is complete and RDP still fails.

Do not change workstation, gateway, broker, or network settings for these MFA setup issues unless Access Health IT directs it.
